Poetry settings of Shakespeare by South African composer Franco Prinsloo and English composer Gerald Finzi. Readings of Shakespeare’s verse are presented in Afrikaans and English, including the celebrated translations by Anna Neethling-Pohl.
This programme has received multiple awards, including the Afri-Indie Award for Best Single of the Year and Best Classical Album, and was also nominated for a SAMA Award.
